We do not collect payment information directly on this website. All payments are handled via Razorpay or direct bank transfer.

Client Website Data & Admin Access

For clients on monthly maintenance plans, Dawnlit Digital retains administrative access to your hosted website. This is necessary to perform maintenance, security updates, and technical support.

For WordPress/WooCommerce websites, you will receive a separate login account. Store owners can independently manage products, stock, pricing, and images via the WooCommerce mobile app. The master admin login remains with Dawnlit Digital for maintenance purposes.

Your business content, product data, and customer information remain your property at all times. We do not access, share, or use your customers' data for any purpose beyond maintaining your website's functionality.

Data Storage & Security

Enquiry data is stored securely and accessible only to Dawnlit Digital's internal team. We use secure HTTPS connections and restricted access controls across all systems.

Client website data is hosted on Hostinger's servers, subject to Hostinger's Privacy Policy. We do not store sensitive personal or financial information beyond what is necessary for project delivery and maintenance.

We use the following tools to deliver our services, each subject to their own privacy policy:

• Hostinger — Website hosting for all client projects
• Razorpay — Payment processing for client websites with payment gateways
• n8n — Workflow automation for client business processes
• WhatsApp — Primary client communication channel
