Dawnlit Digital offers the following services:
- Starter Website (₹4,999 one-time + ₹299/month): Professional homepage for cafes, shops, and small businesses
- Growth Website (₹8,999 one-time + ₹699/month): Online booking, payment gateway, team profiles
- Elite Platform (₹14,999+ one-time + ₹999/month): Full-featured platforms with user accounts, order tracking, and owner dashboard
- n8n Automation: Custom business workflow automation — pricing quoted per project
Delivery timelines vary by package complexity and will be communicated clearly before work begins. Timelines may be affected by delayed content or assets from the client.
Agreement & Project Commencement
A project is considered confirmed when either:
- A formal written agreement has been signed, or
- Written confirmation has been exchanged via WhatsApp by both parties
Either form of agreement is binding and constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service in full.
Payment Terms
Advance Payment: 50% of the one-time setup fee is collected before work begins. This advance is immediately used to purchase the domain, hosting, and tools required for your project.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website goes live.
Monthly Maintenance Fee: Billed monthly from the date the website goes live. Covers hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring, and technical support. Dawnlit Digital reserves the right to revise monthly fees in line with hosting market rates, with a minimum 30-day written notice to the client.
Hosting, Domain & Business Email
Hosting: All websites are hosted on Hostinger servers managed by Dawnlit Digital, included in your monthly maintenance fee.
Domain — Year 1: A free domain is included for the first year. Dawnlit Digital registers it on your behalf.
Domain — Year 2 onwards: Domain renewal is the sole responsibility of the client, typically ₹800–₹1,200/year. Dawnlit Digital will notify you ahead of renewal but is not responsible for expiry if payment is not made.
Business Email — Year 1: One business email is included free for Year 1. Renewal from Year 2 is the client's responsibility.
Domain Transfer: If a client wishes to transfer their domain to another provider, standard transfer fees as charged by Hostinger will apply and are payable by the client.
Admin Access & Website Ownership
All websites built and maintained by Dawnlit Digital remain under Dawnlit Digital's administrative ownership for as long as the monthly maintenance plan is active. This is necessary to perform updates, backups, security patches, and technical support.
WordPress/WooCommerce websites: Clients receive a separate login account with appropriate permissions. Store owners can independently manage products, stock, pricing, and images via the WooCommerce mobile app. The master admin login remains with Dawnlit Digital.
Your business content, product listings, customer data, and branding assets remain your property at all times.
Maintenance Plan & Suspension Policy
Failure to pay the monthly maintenance fee will result in the following process:
- Day 1: Payment due — reminder sent via WhatsApp
- Day 7: Second reminder sent
- Day 15: Final notice issued — website suspension warning
- End of Day 15: Website taken offline if payment not received
Upon suspension, the client will be provided their complete website files. To reactivate, all outstanding dues must be cleared.
Revisions & Delivery
All project requirements, design preferences, and content must be provided by the client before work begins. Once the final website has been delivered and approved — explicitly or by silence within 48 hours of delivery — the project is considered complete.
Revisions after delivery are not included in the base package price and will be quoted separately. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, images, and content in a timely manner.
Intellectual Property
Website code, design structure, automation workflows, and technical systems created by Dawnlit Digital remain the intellectual property of Dawnlit Digital. The client is granted a licence to use the website for their business for as long as the maintenance plan is active.
Client-provided content including logos, images, text, and branding materials remain the intellectual property of the client.
Limitation of Liability
Dawnlit Digital is not liable for:
- Loss of business or revenue due to website downtime or technical issues beyond our control
- Third-party service outages (Hostinger, Razorpay, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Domain expiry due to client's failure to renew
- Data loss due to factors outside our reasonable control
- Any outcomes from automation workflows interacting with third-party platforms
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh.
